The club is an RYA affiliated training centre and through out the year runs range of RYA training courses:

The courses can be very demanding, depending on the weather. Bring plenty of layers, complete spare clothes, towel and old
trainers. No Jeans! Each course is run over two Wednesday evenings and two full weekends. You will need to attend all dates to achieve the required standard. The Wednesday nights run from 1900 - 21.30 and the Weekends run from 0930 - 1630. Places are limited and are offered on a first come basis. To register an interest/sign up please contact the team.

RYA Level 1/2 Sailing courses

The Cost for the course this year has been kept as low as possible at £100.00 per student. All students who are not already members of MKSC are also required to take out the appropriate membership to the club, (Forms and pricing are downloadable from our website) www.mksc.org.uk.

In Addition you will need an RYA Start Sailing Beginners Handbook (G3) & RYA National Sailing Scheme Syllabus Logbook (G4) both available at £5.00 each from the club on the first Wednesday of the course.

RYA Level 1/2 Power Boat courses

Costs are £55.00, this include the RYA Power Boat handbook, Certificate and all fuel costs.
